FocusTok, operated by 2BTRUST LLC, helps you organize tasks, priorities, your planner and reports. This policy explains the information we use to operate your account and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email, profile photo, tasks, notes, dates, times, assignees, priority lists, links and attachments. We also use basic technical information, including session information, to keep you signed in and synchronize your account.
How we use information
We use your information to save and synchronize tasks, display reports, support invitations, authenticate your account using an email code or a password when available, maintain security and improve product stability. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising tracking.
Sharing
When you share a task or invitation, you create a link for the person you choose. Shared information becomes available through the invitation and acceptance flow. Providers needed to operate FocusTok, including authentication, database, hosting and email providers, may process information to deliver the service.
Calendar, contacts and permissions
Calendar and birthday imports are optional and require your permission. You choose which suggestions become tasks; selected information becomes part of your account. Photos and attachments are provided only when you add them. You can revoke device permissions in your device settings.
Storage, security and retention
FocusTok stores tasks on your device and synchronizes account information when connected. We keep information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. To permanently delete your account and tasks, open your account menu, choose “Delete account” and confirm your email. You can request access or corrections through support.
